Speakers
Enrika Naujoke is CEO of CustomsClear, the European customs and trade knowledge platform. She is the editor of the Customs Compliance & Risk Management Journal for Practitioners in Europe. Enrika has many years of experience in the customs field in customs brokerage, manufacturing, and logistics companies. She is also the director of the Lithuanian Customs Practitioners Association.
Dr Anna Jerzewska is the Chief Content Officer at CustomsClear. Anna was the subject matter expert on the Rules of Origin Facilitator tool -joint ITC, WTO and WCO project. Her definition of origin terms is currently used by a number of official platforms in many developing countries. Anna has also provided training on the topic across the EU, the UK, South America, Africa and Asia. She’s a former customs consultant for PwC, EY and KPMG in London and a former Deputy Director at HMRC, UK customs authority. Anna holds a PhD in free trade agreements and rules of origin in East Asia.
Dr Ilona Mishchenko is a member of the editorial board of the Customs Compliance & Risk Management journal and a member of the CustomsClear team. Ilona is PhD in Law, an associate professor at the National University “Odesa Law Academy” for the last 18 years, providing lectures on Customs law of the EU and Ukraine. She has 19 years of experience in research work on customs-related issues. Research interests: customs rules in Ukraine, the EU and the UK including issues of customs value, tariff classification, origin of goods, and non-tariff measures in international trade.
